Dance Classes in Mansfield

Our acro classes focus on both gymnastics floor work and acrobatic skills. Balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, based in flexibility, contortion and strength. With use of equipment such as air tracks and springboards.

The foundation of EVERY dance style. Ballet classes will help dancers with posture, flexibility, and technique. Students are taught proper body placement, body alignment, barre and centre floor work, along with across the floor combinations.

Our classes start from 4 years plus up to intermediate/advanced level.

Contemporary dance is an expressive style of dance that embraces emotion and feeling. Blending techniques from various genres, including ballet, jazz, modern dance, and lyrical dance.

A popular, current and on-trend style of dance. With the High energy, jumps and kicks of fast freestyle disco dance and the technique and emotion of the slow routines, this style has something for everyone. Our freestyle classes focus on both dance and some Acro elements.

Classes are available for beginners/non-competitors or advanced/competition dancers. The beginner class is a great way to have fun, keep active and make new friends. With the opportunity to progress onto our competition squad if this is something your child would like to explore.

An all round class to help improve a dancers core foundations.

This class involves various flexibility work for the legs back shoulders etc. as well strengthening exercises to control the flexibility of the dancer with Technical exercises such as plies, leaps , kicks and turns.

Cheerleading is a team-based sport combining gymnastics ,acrobatics and dance. A fun and energetic class, with the exciting use of stunt work and tumbling! complimented perfectly by our Acro/gymnastics classes.
